Customer can choose the way according to your own requirement, we will cooperate at our best.
First, contact us, and list all the required inspection clauses to us ( such as production team, supply capacity, factory facility and instruments, technical and craft standard, production process and so on.), when we receive your list, our manager will contact you for more details. If both parties get the agreement, then we will prepare the concerned details and make the inspection faster.
If you or your team cannot come to do on-site factory evaluation by yourself due to long distance, time or other special reasons, you can select a reliable third-party inspection organization to do the it for you, such as UL, ITS, TUV, BV, SGS, LEVELWORK, BSCI and so on.
Appoint the inspection time and process through the communication of each other. Of course, We can arrange the concerned reception jobs according the appointment, such as reception people, booking hotel, accompany person, first meeting schedule, second meeting schedule, last meeting and so on.
According to appointment time, our manager, reception people, accompany person will bring you to do the factory evaluation step by step ( such as factory qualification, environment, team member, production facilities and production flow chart and etc. ), at the same time, we will have evaluation meeting and relative records.
After the finish of Evaluation, customer or the third-party organization will provide the inspection result report for us in a specified period, and give us the suggestion for improvement. We will make better production according to the suggestion. If the customer are satisfy with the evaluation, then both of us will come to cooperation.
